MY MOTIVATION
A natural athlete, Kiley trained as an elite gymnast and was a college soccer scholarship recipient.
She was also recruited by Michigan State University to be a part of their advanced Cheerleading program.
Kiley is a true Midwestern girl at heart, with a warm, personal approach to training. From fitness beginner to elite athlete,
Kiley has fans of all ages and backgrounds.
She has lived with Type 1 diabetes since the age of 8, and represents companies such as LifeScan and Novo Nordisk at health conventions and youth sports camps to
raise awareness about diabetes and the importance of good nutrition and fitness.
Kiley first began teaching group fitness classes as a student at Michigan State University, and started training full time in 2002. Since then, she has worked for the
highly regarded Lincoln Park Athletic Club in Chicago, The Sports Club LA in Boston, and she currently trains at Equinox in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Whether she's teaching a class or working individually with a client, Kiley believes in living every day with optimism and energy.
WEIGHT LOSS/CORE CONDITIONING
Using circuit based interval training Kiley
will keep you motivated each and every session. Increased muscle tone, fat
loss, and improved endurance are the results of this innovative technique. In
addition, the circuits will constantly challenge and build your core strength
and balance. Circuits may also be modified for children, student athletes and
other special populations.
SEMI PRIVATE FITNESS INSTRUCTION
Whether it's a handful of friends
who need a boost or an entire office of colleagues, Kiley will provide each of the participants with the correct modification
to fit each individual and their fitness level. Kiley is well known for her
group fitness instruction and currently conducts classes at multiple clubs on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Coaching others how to exercise properly has been a part of
Kiley's life for over a decade. There are a wide variety of class formats she
specializes in, so please contact her with your ideas and she can provide your
group with exactly what you're looking for.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING/BOOTCAMPS
TRX Suspension Training is a new category of exercise
for athletes of all abilities, that leverages one's own body weight and gravity to develop strength, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.
With a TRX Kiley can train indoors or outside, and can train in small spaces with the use of a door mount. TRX is the hottest new trend and has been
featured in magazines such as Sports Illustrated and Outside, and was awarded the "best total-body tool" by Men's Health magazine.

DIABETES
A Type 1 Diabetic since the age of 8, Kiley has first-hand
experience with diabetes. Above all, she enjoys mentoring others who face
similar challenges. Proper pre/post workout nutrition along with building
strength and balance while reducing body fat and increasing blood circulation
are the keys to stabilizing blood sugar levels. Kiley loves developing
successful techniques to accomplish results and is an excellent source of
motivation for beginners as well as athletes. Please note: Doctors clearance is required
as she cannot treat, recommend, or change any part of a diabetics insulin regimen.
PRE/POST NATAL TRAINING
Your health and fitness levels do NOT have to
suffer during pregnancy! Depending on pre pregnancy fitness experience and
medical clearance, Kiley can provide you with wonderful experience during a very
transitional time.
KETTLEBELL TRAINING
Interested in power, strength, and permanent weight
loss? Kiley will use old fashioned Olympic style exercises with just one piece
of equipment that will deliver the most extreme all-around physique. Women and
men both rave about this technique and all its benefits!
LIFE COACHING/NUTRITION GUIDANCE
As a certified Holistic Life Coach through
the C.H.E.K Institute, Kiley offers suggestions on how to better cope with the
foundation of health principles: Thoughts/Stress, Breathing, Hydration, Meal
Planning, Exercise/Movement, and Sleep.
